BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to join our fully remote team and build advanced AI capabilities for an enterprise-grade assistant. You’ll contribute to agent and retrieval features, design RAG workflows, and help evaluate AI behavior in production.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development, strong Python skills, experience with LangChain/LangGraph, AWS, and a proven production track record with LLMs and RAG pipelines, plus excellent English and PST-hours availability.
