Iptp Networks Company Limited is seeking a Junior System/Network Engineer to join our Lima team. The role covers handling technical inquiries, supporting local operations, and maintaining documentation.

Qualified candidates will have basic Linux/Windows networking knowledge, server installation experience, and fluent English. A valid work permit is required, and there will be a 6-month trial period.

• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Fundamental networking concepts.
• Experience with server installation, setup and maintenance.
• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting and documenting procedures.
• Fluent English communication.
• Valid work permit is required.
• Willingness to work independently and with the team.
• Trial period of 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Handle technical inquiries and complaints via the internal ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Participate in the company’s local operations activities.
• Work with documentation and ensure information is up to date.
