NXP Semiconductors Austria is seeking a Junior RF Automation Engineer (NFC) to join our international team in Gratkorn. You will develop automation solutions for RF validation and testing, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate engineering workflows.

The role focuses on automation of test systems using Python and C#, collaboration with global teams, and contributing to AI-enabled testing and data analytics. A Master’s degree and strong programming skills are required.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications or Computer Science.
• Strong Python and C# skills with Git, Jira and Jenkins.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and test automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital and RF communication systems is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop automation solutions for RF validation and compliance testing across ISO/IEC, NFC Forum, and EMVCo.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate engineering workflows and testing.
• Develop and enhance test/measurement systems using Python and C#.
• Apply AI-driven data analytics to generate insights and automated reports.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams on validation, automation and AI-enabled testing.
