We are seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join a large-scale data migration project in the telecommunications sector. You will analyze legacy ETL systems, reverse-engineer business logic, and guide the development team through migration deliverables.

Your responsibilities include data profiling, data mapping from legacy sources to new targets, designing migration architectures, and creating HLD/LLD and cutover strategies.

Formación

• 3–5+ years hands-on ETL development and data migration experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/SE or a related field.
• Proven experience with legacy ETL projects including graph/code flow analysis.

We are looking for an experienced Senior ETL Developer to join a large-scale data migration project in the telecommunications industry. This role focuses on analyzing existing Legacy ETL systems, reverse-engineering business logic, designing modern migration solutions, and guiding the development team in executing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source code, graphs, and code flows of existing Legacy ETL systems to understand and accurately restore business logic.
• Perform data profiling and data mapping from legacy source systems to new target systems
• Design data migration solution architectures and establish effective conversion patterns for high-volume ETL pipelines.
• Prepare technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and cutover/migration strategies.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and guidance to the development team throughout the ETL conversion and development process.
• Conduct regular code reviews and deliverable evaluations to ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to data architecture standards.
• Collaborate closely with Data Architects, Business Analysts, and Telco Domain Experts to ensure business logic validity and maintain data integrity during migration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL Development & Data Migration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Legacy ETL projects (graph/code flow/source code analysis & logic restoration).
• Strong capability in migration solution design and conversion patterns.
• Ability to guide the development team and perform technical code/deliverable reviews.
• Preferred: Experience in solution design for large-scale ETL migration projects (Telco background is a plus).
