• Support investment operations by collaborating with Senior Associates and the Director of Operations.
• Review controls and ensure SLAs with third-party back-office vendors are met.
• Manage data integrity, trade settlement, investment accounting/reconciliations, proxy voting, corporate actions, and monthly performance reviews.
• Provide accurate client statements and reports on various schedules.
• Monitor technology vendors and troubleshoot connectivity issues with applications like Salesforce (CRM).
