Austrian Airlines AG in Austria invites an intern for 6–12 months starting February 2027 to gain hands-on experience in the commercial heart of an airline. You will support pricing and performance analysis while engaging with multiple teams across the Lufthansa Group.

You will analyze market performance, help shape commercial strategies, prepare management presentations, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree program for the entire internship.
• Enjoy working with numbers and analytical tasks.
• Ability to work on complex commercial questions.
• Independent and well-organized; fascinated by aviation; strong English.

Tasks

• You are currently enrolled at university, love the aviation industry and would like to expand your practical knowledge?
• You are analyzing current performance development of the Lufthansa Group in the Austrian market
• You are supporting the pricing and steering teams in developing their commercial strategies
• You are preparing presentations for management decisions
• You are collaborating with various teams across the Lufthansa Group, such as Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management

Requirements

We do not seek a specific profile, but are happy to have diverse mindsets in our team. However, some basic requirements are:

• You are enrolled in a Master’s degree program for the entire period of the internship (current matriculation needs to be added to the application)
• You enjoy working with numbers and analytical tasks
• You have the ability to work on complex commercial questions
• You work independently and are well-organized
• You are fascinated by the airline industry
• You have very good spoken and written English skills
• You have a very good MS Office user knowledge
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria / EU
