Qualifications

• Laufendes Studium an Universität/HS mit Fokus auf Finanzen, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft, Data Analytics oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und Interesse an Datenanalyse, Reporting und Geschäftsleistungsmanagement.
• Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit Tableau, SQL, Databricks o.Ä. von Vorteil.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fließendes Englisch, um in internationalem Umfeld zu arbeiten.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Wartung und Erweiterung von Reporting-Lösungen und Dashboards mit Tableau und weiteren Tools.
• Assist bei Datenaufbereitung, Validierung und Analysen in Databricks und anderen Plattformen.
• Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen und Berichten für verschiedene Stakeholder.
• Beitrag zu Impact-Analysen, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Tests zu neuen Reporting-Anforderungen.

Controlling Analysis is part of Erste Group's Group Performance Management division and serves as the central point of expertise for Group-wide performance measurement methodology and reporting. The department is responsible for defining, maintaining and enhancing controlling methodologies and ensuring the consistent application of performance measurement standards across Erste Group, including in BI environment. In close collaboration with Controlling units throughout the Group, team supports strategic decision-making through reporting, analysis and continuous enhancement of data and reporting solutions.

Your Tasks

• Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of reporting solutions and dashboards using Tableau and other reporting tools
• Assist in data preparation, validation and analysis activities in Databricks and other data platforms
• Support colleagues in the preparation of management presentations and business reports for various stakeholders across Erste Group
• Contribute to impact assessments, ad-hoc analyses and testing activities related to new reporting requirements, methodologies and reporting solutions

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Informatics or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data analysis, reporting and business performance management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Tableau, SQL, Databricks or similar data and reporting tools is considered an advantage
• Good communication skills and fluent English, enabling you to work effectively within an international environment
