Oceaneering International is seeking an Integrity Engineer to ensure asset integrity and safety through robust management plans, focusing on pressure systems and risk-based approaches. You will develop frameworks, perform assessments, and guide inspection strategies across onshore/offshore assets.

The role requires 5+ years in integrity/inspection/corrosion, strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a track record in RBI studies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Knowledge of pressure system baseline inspection principles and NDE techniques.
• Professional certification preferred; API 580/571/510/570/653 preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Integrity/Inspection/Corrosion Engineering; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with RBI/RBA studies and integrity management planning.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication; team-oriented.

Job Description

As an Integrity Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our assets. Your primary focus will be on implementing robust integrity management plans, especially for pressure systems, and driving asset integrity strategies. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations and enhance asset reliability.

Responsibilities

Develop and update Integrity Management Frameworks/Methodologies, and programs in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct integrity assessments, Risk-Based Assessments (RBA/RBI) studies, and engineering evaluations to identify and manage integrity threats and risks.

Develop inspection strategies, inspection plans, inspection scopes and baseline inspection programs including baseline inspection work packs, with inspection locations/CMLs, and appropriate NDT methodologies based on degradation mechanisms, risk, operating conditions, and inspection philosophy.

Review, validate, and interpret inspection reports, NDE results, corrosion data, integrity assessment findings, anomalies, and FFS conditions, and provide technical recommendations for Inspection/Maintenance, or corrosion monitoring.

Identify degradation mechanisms, integrity threats, and potential failure modes affecting asset performance and reliability.

Conduct integrity risk assessments, identify integrity threats, and develop appropriate mitigating, monitoring, and integrity management activities to manage identified risks.

Govern corrective actions as required related to preservation, integrity, and asset condition issues during project execution and construction phases.
Maintain integrity output registers/database or Integrity Master Data Records or associated integrity deliverable documentation.

Support technical proposals/presentations, resource planning & forecasting, and project risk assessments and mitigation actions, and undertaking additional assignments as required by Management such as coordination of integrity work packages and upcoming integrity CTRs.

Site visits for survey activities will be required as and when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.

Good knowledge of pressure system baseline inspection principles and NDE Inspection techniques

Professional certification is preferred.

Certified to one or more inspection codes, including API 580, API 571, API 510, API 570, and API 653 are preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Integrity, Inspection, or Corrosion Engineering, with 8+ years preferred.

Demonstrated experience in Risk-Based Assessment and Inspection, with a track record in developing Integrity Management Plans.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Willingness to stay updated with industry advancements and a commitment to continuous learning.

Experience in onshore/offshore pipeline integrity management is an advantage.
