Overview

We're seeking a Peru-based sourcing specialist to drive our fresh produce procurement strategy, with blueberries as the flagship product. You'll be responsible for identifying top-quality suppliers across Peru, negotiating competitive prices, and managing end-to-end logistics for exports to the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Source premium blueberries and other fresh produce directly from Peruvian growers
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with trusted growers and suppliers
• Identify top-quality suppliers across Peru and evaluate their capacity, quality, and reliability
