MyOutDesk (MOD) is a U.S.-based leader in providing world-class Virtual Professionals (VPs) to top businesses in the United States. With over 17 years of experience and thousands of VPs placed globally, we are expanding operations to Lima, Peru. Our mission is to hire the best talent, provide exceptional training, and place VPs in long-term roles that deliver measurable results for our clients.

We are seeking an Exceptional HR Manager to lead our recruitment and talent operations in Lima. This is not a standard HR role — it is a high-performance leadership position that requires a fluent English speaker, advanced technical recruiting expertise, and the ability to hire and onboard 200+ VPs per year with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for MOD in Lima, from job posting and candidate sourcing to final hiring decisions, ensuring only top-tier candidates are selected.
  • English Fluency Assessment - Personally evaluate every shortlisted VP candidate's English to ensure C2 proficiency for U.S. business environments.
  • High-Volume Hiring - Recruit, screen, and onboard 200+ VPs in the first 12 months through a streamlined and data-driven process.
  • Technology-Driven Processes - Leverage ATS (Workable), automation tools, and AI-driven assessment platforms to reduce hiring time and increase quality.
  • Onboarding & Training Alignment - Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure every new VP completes MOD's training program and is fully client-ready within 2 weeks of hire.
  • Talent Pool Development - Build and maintain an active database of high-potential candidates to support rapid client placement needs.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting - Track and report KPIs weekly, including hiring speed, candidate quality, and placement success rates.
  • Compliance & Culture - Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor laws while promoting MOD's mission, vision, and values in every stage of the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English - Near-native (C1+) written and spoken English; able to interview, negotiate, and evaluate in English without hesitation
  • Proven High-Volume Recruiting Success - Demonstrated experience hiring 100+ professionals annually in a competitive talent market.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven - Expert in ATS systems, automation tools, AI recruiting platforms, and HR analytics.
  • International HR Experience - 2+ years in HR or talent acquisition, preferably for international or U.S.-based companies.
  • Leadership & Autonomy - Proven ability to work independently, set hiring strategies, and meet aggressive growth targets without daily oversight.
  • Strong Business Acumen - Understanding of remote work trends, outsourcing models, and client expectations in the U.S. market.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in BPO, staffing, or outsourcing for U.S.-based clients.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant or remote workforce industries.
  • Strong network of professional contacts in Peru's talent market.
Performance Expectations (First Year)
  • Hire, train, and onboard 100+ Virtual Professionals
  • Maintain a time-to-hire of less than 10 days for top candidates.
  • Ensure 90%+ of VPs hired meet MOD's Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP) on first client interview.
  • Achieve a 95%+ satisfaction rate from placed VPs and clients during the first year
