Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Graphic Designer for a partner company, based in Austria, to shape and maintain a consistent visual identity across digital, print, presentation, and event materials in a fully remote role.

You will transform ideas and business objectives into polished designs for reports, sponsorships, campaigns, and brand assets, working with international teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and production specs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience creating polished presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• English proficiency of B2 or higher, with C1 preferred.
• Strong visual communication and layout/typography skills.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, format, and refine professional presentation decks using Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Develop digital and print materials for reports, sponsorship initiatives, events, and other business needs.
• Create visual concepts for marketing campaigns, event signage, promotional materials, and other brand assets.

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a consistent visual identity across digital, print, presentation, and event materials. In this fully remote position, you will transform ideas and business objectives into polished, engaging designs that communicate clearly across international markets. You will create professional presentations, develop marketing assets, and produce visual content for reports, sponsorships, campaigns, and events. Working closely with operational teams and leadership across different regions, you will ensure every deliverable aligns with established brand guidelines and project objectives. You will also prepare production-ready design files while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and detail. Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating polished, professional presentations in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
• English proficiency of at least B2, with C1 preferred.
• Strong visual communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across different regions.
• A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to problem-solving and feedback.
• Location requirement: Applicants must currently reside in Poland, the Philippines, or Latin America to be considered for this position.
