EQUALS TRUE is a remote-first design leadership opportunity, open to LATAM. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, own the creative direction for global brands, and drive digital-first campaigns.

• Senior-level experience leading multidisciplinary design teams in a digital agency, design studio, or in-house creative team.
• A digital-first portfolio that showcases both craft and process, from early exploration through final execution.
• Strong hands-on skills across brand, visual design, and UI, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience building a design system or visual framework from the ground up.
• Ability to present and stand behind design decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with collaboration tools like Notion and Miro.

The Work (What you'll be doing & Your Impact)

• Motion design skills or experience directing motion designers.
• Familiarity with how interactive web experiences are built, with an understanding of technical feasibility.
