Map current processes with client owners, draft usable policies and procedures, maintain version and approval clarity, and prepare documents for client/adviser review.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

Process mapping, controls documentation, governance writing and careful review boundaries. Genuine, demonstrated experience in this specific specialization, including previously completed projects for UAE, Saudi Arabian or other GCC clients. Relevant GCC business experience must be supported by completed client work, not residence alone. Work independently, meet agreed deadlines and respect confidentiality and review rounds. Do not claim regulated approval or a guaranteed commercial outcome.

LANGUAGE AND RESIDENCE

Applicants must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates; nationality alone does not establish residence. Prior completed projects for UAE, Saudi Arabian or other GCC clients are also mandatory. State whether you independently deliver in English, Arabic or both, supported by relevant completed-work evidence in each language claimed. A bilingual assignment will be allocated only after both language capabilities are verified.

MANDATORY APPLICATION EVIDENCE

CV, current city/country, confirmation of current United Arab Emirates residence, GCC client-project experience in this specialization, and project-based availability.

At least two relevant, previously completed work samples demonstrating UAE, Saudi Arabian or other GCC client experience, submitted privately through the official Labeeb One application for internal evaluation. For each: GCC client market, deliverable, approximate date, language and exact personal contribution. Confirm ownership or authorization to submit it to Labeeb; redact confidential details. Do not submit unauthorized material.

Role-specific portfolio proof: Completed policy/SOP or operations manual and governance or board document with personal contribution stated.

A short explanation of the methods/tools used and the part personally delivered.

SCREENING AND TERMS

Labeeb will privately verify the advertised specialization, GCC client experience, sample authorship, and ownership or authorization to submit each sample before considering an assignment. Portfolios and samples must never be published on the public Careers website or in job advertisements. Any later sharing with prospective customers requires appropriate separate permission. If a specific skill remains unclear, a scoped paid trial may be proposed. Project fees are agreed per assignment according to scope, complexity, language and deadline.
