FullStack is a transparent IT talent network connecting engineers with global companies for remote, project-based work. We seek a 4+ year software developer with strong Java backend, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PWA expertise to join client teams from the United States and beyond.

You will work directly with designers and engineers on a daily basis, delivering scalable PWAs, distributed services, and autonomous AI workflows in a Windows development environment using IntelliJ.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Expertise in backend development using Java alongside modern frontend web ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience writing high-quality code in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Deep experience in architectural concepts of Agentic Programming and building autonomous AI agent workflows.
• Track record of developing and scaling Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) to optimize mobile presence.
• Solid understanding of PWA caching layers, service workers, and offline capabilities.
• Experience integrating PWAs with native mobile hardware components.
• Proven experience with React Native for code analysis and migration to PWAs.
• Experience in Windows-based development using IntelliJ Ultimate Edition.
• Strong history of distributed systems and service-to-service integrations.
• Database schema design experience (relational or non-relational).
• Ability to own work and contribute to libraries; strong CI/CD mindset.
• Positive, proactive attitude; Agile/Scrum teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Join our client’s team and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.
• Develop and scale PWAs and related frontend/backend systems.
• Contribute to architecture evaluations and migrations to PWA solutions.
• Own modules end-to-end and ensure CI/CD delivery.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Expertise in backend development using Java alongside modern frontend web ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience writing high-quality code in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Deep experience in architectural concepts of Agentic Programming and building autonomous AI agent workflows.
• Track record of developing and scaling Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) to optimize mobile presence.
• Solid understanding of PWA caching layers, service workers, and implementing advanced offline capabilities.
• Practical experience integrating PWAs with native mobile hardware components (such as biometric authentication and barcode scanning).
• Proven experience with React Native to effectively support code analysis, architecture evaluation, and migration/refactoring into PWA solutions.
• Comfortable working in a Windows-based development environment using IntelliJ Ultimate Edition.
• Strong history of building and scaling distributed systems and service-to-service integrations in production.
• Demonstrated experience designing relational or non-relational database schemas.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
