FullStack is expanding its talent network and connecting engineers with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Full Stack Developer with Elixir/Phoenix and/or Ruby on Rails. You will join directly into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis.

We require 4+ years of software development, advanced English, and a four-year college degree. Strong frontend skills (HTML/CSS/JS) and experience with SQL/PostgreSQL, Git, and CI/CD are essential.

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience with Elixir/Phoenix and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Full-stack development with frontend focus.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and/or Ecto.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of software design, maintainability, testing, and scalability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience building eCommerce apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker.
• Experience with remote development environments.

Responsabilidades

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Full Stack Developer (Elixir/Phoenix + Ruby on Rails).

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong professional experience developing applications with Elixir/Phoenix and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Full-stack development experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer-facing web applications.
• Experience working with SQL/PostgreSQL and/or Ecto.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests.
• Experience using Git/source control and working within CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, code quality, maintainability, testing, scalability, and collaborative code reviews.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional experience building eCommerce applications.
• Familiarity with Docker.
• Experience with GitHub Codespaces or other remote development environments.
• Experience with Phoenix LiveView, React, or Vue is a trong plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
