Job summary

Coforge is seeking a highly experienced Frontend Design System Engineer to join our remote team serving Costa Rica or Peru. You will build reusable UI components, implement schema-driven frontends, and ensure pixel-perfect, cross‑browser interfaces across frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.

• 7+ years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar component-driven frameworks.
• Experience building schema-driven and data-driven UI components.
• Strong understanding of component architecture and reusable design patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS, SCSS/Sass, Flexbox, CSS Grid, responsive design, and design token-based systems.
• Experience developing pixel-perfect user interfaces from design specifications.
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Karma, or similar solutions.
• Deep understanding of DOM lifecycle, semantic HTML, browser rendering, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience handling edge cases, dynamic content rendering, localization, and responsive behavior.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in complex technical environments.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.
