Job summary

Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive our European marketplace connecting companies with fractional C-suite leaders. This role shapes brand, growth strategy, and community from the ground up, with a potential co-founder option.

You will lead GTM strategy, demand generation, and thought leadership, while recruiting senior leaders and onboarding companies and talent in a hybrid Austria-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing leadership for B2B platforms or marketplaces.
• Proven demand generation and user acquisition for two-sided networks.
• Experience building positioning for emerging markets.
• Experience with thought leadership and community marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple channels in early-stage environments.

About the Role

Lead marketing strategy and execution for an early-stage European marketplace connecting companies with fractional C-suite leaders. This fractional opportunity, with a potential co-founder option, will shape the brand, growth strategy, and community from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Develop go-to-market strategy and positioning for companies seeking fractional talent and leaders pursuing fractional work.

• Build thought leadership that establishes fractional executive work as a credible career model.

• Acquire and onboard companies through targeted outreach and conversion strategies.

• Recruit and onboard senior leaders to the marketplace.

• Grow the platform through community building, word-of-mouth, and trust-based marketing.

• Plan and manage marketing channels, content, and community activities for both sides of the marketplace.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years in marketing leadership, building and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B platforms, marketplaces, or emerging categories.

• Demonstrated results in demand generation and user acquisition for two-sided or network-effect businesses.

• Experience developing positioning and brand strategy for an emerging market.

• Experience with thought leadership, community growth, and trust-based or word-of-mouth marketing.

• Ability to manage multiple channels and content programs in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment.

• European market and professional services experience are a plus, as is experience recruiting and onboarding marketplace talent.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 to $500,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. A co-founder option may be considered.
