Havas Media Group in Lima, Peru, is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team. You will support management and control of accounting records, ensuring accuracy for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and collaborates with local and global stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

You will prepare reports, monitor budgets, validate transactions, assist audits, and provide financial insights to drive business decisions in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or related positions.
• Experience with: Financial reporting, Budgeting and forecasting, Variance analysis, Revenue recognition, Profit & Loss management, Balance Sheet analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• B2+/C1 English skills are a must.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in advertising agencies, media companies, or service-based organizations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Bring
