Center of Excellence Havas Peru, based in Lima, is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team. You will prepare financial reports, conduct reconciliations, support budgeting, monitor controls, and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to drive accurate financial insight.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 3–4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English (C1).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or related positions.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, revenue recognition, P&L management, balance sheet analysis.
