Funding Societies | Modalku is looking for a People Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and workplace services. The role suits someone organized, detail-oriented and passionate about employee experience.

You will work with the People Experience team on HR operations, lifecycle processes, benefits administration and workplace management. You will gain hands-on exposure to payroll/HR workflows, benefit tracking, and audit-ready processes, with mentorship and hands-on finance

Formación

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and data-entry skills.
• Able to handle large volumes of data and meet tight deadlines, especially during audits and tax periods.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules.

We are looking for a People Operations Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and workplace services. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth employee experience.

You will work closely with the People Experience team and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and workplace management.

What You Will Do

• Assist in data entry and validation
• Support monthly closing activities
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team
• Assist in preparing audit schedules
• Assist in preparation of tax reporting dataPerform account payable

What We Are Looking For

• Final year student or Fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formula, Sum, IF, Vlookup)
• Strong attention to detail and good level of accuracy
• Able to work with large volumes of data
• Willing to learn and able to work under tight deadlines, especially during audit and tax reporting periods and perform basic reconciliation
