• Languages include intermediate English; Portuguese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, ensuring effective crop management and harvest execution.
• Conduct field inspections across assigned plots, monitoring KPIs and providing timely recommendations.
• Analyze agronomic data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Design and execute agronomic field trials from different technical perspectives, ensuring objective and reliable results.
• Prepare monthly production forecasts to support extraction site planning and ensure consistent supply visibility.
• Support additional sourcing and agronomic activities as required.

Key Purpose of the Role

The Field Agronomy Analyst is responsible for developing strong partnerships with growers while providing agronomic support and technical guidance focused on improving sweet potato productivity, crop quality, and forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, ensuring effective crop management and successful harvest execution.
• Conduct regular field inspections across assigned plots, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing timely recommendations.
• Analyze agronomic data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Design and execute agronomic field trials from different technical perspectives, ensuring objective and reliable results.
• Prepare monthly production forecasts to support extraction site planning and ensure consistent supply visibility.
• Support additional sourcing and agronomic activities as required.

Qualifications

Education
