Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior product leader to own the end-to-end app experience across European markets. You will establish standards, drive localization for multiple EU regions, and lead data-informed segmentation to improve trading activity and retention.

You will collaborate across product, design, and compliance teams to ensure consistent UX, while navigating MiCA and GDPR considerations. A bilingual English/Mandarin profile is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of user-facing product experience; trading platform or fintech background preferred.
• Proven ability to take innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution.
• Platform-level product thinking - able to build frameworks and standards that scale team output.
• Experience with user segmentation and conversion funnel optimization; data-informed decision making.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to drive results independently in complex orgs.
• Experience managing localization for multi-market European products - understanding of i18n workflows, vendor management, and balancing global/local relevance.
• Deep familiarity with European user behavior and market nuances across Western, Northern, Southern, and Central/Eastern Europe.
• Awareness of MiCA, GDPR, and how compliance shapes user experience (KYC/KYB flows, risk disclosures).
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin would be preferred.

• Drive regional activation & conversion optimization - identify market-specific friction points in the European user journey and tailor onboarding, KYC flows, nudges, and feature presentation to local user expectations and compliance requirements

• Awareness of European regulatory landscape - working knowledge of MiCA, GDPR, and how compliance shapes the user experience (KYC/KYB flows, risk disclosures, marketing restrictions)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin would be preferred
