Job summary

Binance is seeking a product leader to set the direction and roadmap for backend trading systems, focusing on derivatives, matching engines, and risk models. You will collaborate with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading requirements into scalable product solutions, lead end-to-end delivery, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Product experience is not required but preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to understand trading logics and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
