Job summary

epunkt GmbH in Wien sucht einen EPM Model Builder (f/m/d), der Finanz- und Controlling-Anforderungen in moderne Planungsprozesse überführt. Sie entwerfen skalierbare Modelle, treiben AI-gestützte Planung voran und arbeiten eng mit IT und Fachbereichen zusammen.

Sie bringen Erfahrung mit EPM-Tools (Anaplan), Data-Analytics (Tableau/PowerBI) sowie Finance- und Controlling-Expertise mit. Englisch ist Pflicht, Deutsch von Vorteil. Die Position ist in Wien in Vollzeit verfügbar.

Qualifications

• IT- oder BWL-Abschluss erforderlich.
• Technischer Hintergrund / IT-Tiefe.
• Praxisnahe Erfahrung mit EPM-Tools (Anaplan) inkl. Modelldesign.
• Data-Analytics-Hintergrund (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Finance- und Controlling-Expertise.
• AI-Mindset & gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Englisch Pflicht; Deutsch vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Modelle entwerfen, entwickeln und skalieren (Forecasting/Simulation).
• Performance-Management vorantreiben – Implementierung & Betrieb.
• Geschäft & Technik verbinden: Anforderungen in Konzepte übersetzen.
• KI-basierte Planung, Reporting und Forecasting vorantreiben.
• Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungen hinweg zur Alignierung von Prozessen.
• Datenintegration: Anaplan in das Data & Reporting-Ökosystem integrieren.

Deine zukünftige Rolle

In this role, you will shape and advance our client's planning and forecasting capabilities as an interface between the financial stakeholders and the performance management system.

• Build & optimize models: Design and develop scalable planning, forecasting and simulation models.
• Implementing Performance Management: be on the forefront of one of the most ambitious EPM-implementations in Austria - lead implementation, testing, rollout, operation and continuous improvement along the platform roadmap.
• Bridge business and technology: Translate Finance and Controlling requirements into clear functional concepts, user stories and robust solutions.
• Further AI capabilities: Own the vision of AI-powered financial planning, reporting and forecasting and act as an emissary for its implementation.
• Enable group-wide collaboration: Partner with Finance and business stakeholders across the organization to align local needs with group-wide processes and standards.
• Strengthen data integration: Work closely with IT and data teams to integrate Anaplan into the wider data and reporting ecosystem.

Gehaltsspanne

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung zwischen 5.000 EUR und 7.000 EUR brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Brutto Netto Rechner
