Formación

AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in Lima, Peru.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop single-line diagrams, descriptive reports, calculation reports, technical specifications, technical data sheets, and technical reports, among others.
  • Review detailed engineering documents, verifying compliance with regulations, interdisciplinary interferences, and ensuring compatibility of specialized documents for project deliverables.
  • Verify deliverables prepared according to the established quality procedure.
  • Participate in the monitoring of the design schedule, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives.
  • Provide support in the technical evaluation of procurement processes for electrical equipment and materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Electrical and/or Electro-Mechanical Engineer with a valid CIP number + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an engineer in the review, design, development, and calculation for Detailed Engineering Technical Files on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in airports.
  • Proficiency in systems including: Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, lighting, raceways, grounding, lightning arresters, SCADA control, substations, and 60 kV transmission lines.
  • Availability to travel to other provinces in Peru as required.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electrical and/or Electro-Mechanical Engineer with a valid CIP number with 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Proficiency and experience using engineering software such as ETAP, DIALux, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
