ALS is seeking a Laboratory Reports Specialist in Peru to prepare official assay reports in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025. You will coordinate with the Technical Manager and Laboratory Supervisor to ensure timely delivery to clients.

The role also involves generating and tracking reports via WebLIMS and MyLims, handling client requests, and updating reports as needed. We value accuracy and collaboration in a global, supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare assay reports with official value following ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 requirements, coordinating with the Technical Manager and/or Laboratory Supervisor to meet client deadlines.
• Generate additional reports via WebLIMS and MyLims, ensuring digital submission to designated clients.
• Monitor report delivery using WebLims or MyLims, finalizing monitoring reports and sending to clients.
• Coordinate with involved areas to resolve technical and commercial queries when compiling monitoring reports.
• Prepare monitoring reports and coordinate printing/shipment of lab reports to clients as needed.
• Enter field results provided by clients into MyLims, and input results from samples sent to third-party labs into MyLims.
• Create client-specific formats and consolidated reports, resend reports from previous years upon client requests, and update substitute notes in MyLims for post-issue changes.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Elaborar los Informes de Ensayo con valor oficial de acuerdo a los requisitos de las normas ISO 9001 e ISO 17025, en coordinación con el Gerente Técnico y/o Jefe de Laboratorio a fin de cumplir con los plazos convenidos con los clientes.
• Elaborar o generar los Informes de Ensayo adicionales mediante el sistema WebLIMS (la información se obtiene del sistema My Lims), para aquellos que se generan a partir de varios informes o informes con menos estaciones o parámetros; a fin de contribuir con él envió vía digital a los clientes que le son asignados.
• Realizar el seguimiento al envío (a través del Web Lims o MyLims) de los informes de ensayo que forman parte o que son anexados a los informes de monitoreo, con el objetivo de culminar con la elaboración de los informes de monitoreo y proceder a enviar a los clientes.
• Al momento de elaborar el informe de monitoreo, si es necesario coordinara y revisara con las áreas involucradas la información técnica y comercial requerida que permita contribuir en absolver las consultas para la emisión del informe de monitoreo al cliente.
• Elaboración de Informes de Monitoreo.
• Coordinar con el auxiliar de emisión de informes el armado y/o la impresión con la finalidad de entregar en físico de los informes de ensayo y/o de monitoreo al cliente.
• Ingreso de resultados de campo proporcionados por el cliente al sistema MyLims.
• Realizar el ingreso de resultados de muestras que son enviadas a laboratorios terceros, al sistema MyLims.
• Generación de: formatos propios de los clientes, consolidados, enviar nuevamente informes de años o períodos anteriores a solicitud de los clientes.
• Realizar sustitutas y colocar notas correspondientes en el sistema MyLims, para informes de ensayo que requieran cambios despues de haber sido emitidos a los clientes.
• Otras funciones que le sean requeridos por su jefatura inmediata.
