Descripción:

Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo al equipo de cuentas, asegurando orden interno, seguimiento y cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.

Funciones:

• Realizar seguimiento interno de tareas y entregables.
• Coordinar con las áreas de creatividad, digital, producción y proveedores.
• Controlar versiones, materiales y flujos de aprobación.
• Organizar cronogramas, status y actas de reuniones.
• Apoyar en la ejecución de campañas tácticas y always-on.
• Brindar soporte operativo a las ejecutivas de cuentas.

Requerimientos:

• Experiencia en prácticas o dos años en agencia o áreas de marketing/publicidad.
• Formación en comunicación, publicidad, marketing o carreras afines.
• Alto nivel de orden, responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
• Buena comunicación escrita.
• Interés por aprender y desarrollarse en manejo de cuentas.
