The company is currently seeking for one of their clientesa Lead Fullstack Engineer with strong backend expertise and leadership experience. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling products, working with modern technologies and distributed systems.

This is a 100% remote position, available to candidates Latam exclusively.

Key Responsibilities

-Full-Stack Development

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of robust backend systems using Node.js and Python.
• Collaborate on frontend development using React and Next.js.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions across the full technology stack.

-Technical Leadership

• Provide leadership to engineering teams, guiding technical direction and ensuring successful end-to-end product rollouts.
• Foster best practices in coding, architecture, and system design.

-System Design and Integration

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions for seamless system connectivity.
• Manage databases and message queues in distributed environments.

-Communication and Team Collaboration

• Communicate complex ideas effectively across teams.
• Contribute as a team player in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications and Skills

-Educational Attainment:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

-Experience Level:

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Full-Stack development, with a strong focus on backend engineering.
• Proven expertise with Node.js and Python.
• Comfortable working with frontend frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Experience leading engineering teams and successfully delivering end-to-end products.
• Solid experience with databases and message queues in distributed systems.

-Technical Capabilities:

• Strong skills in backend development, system architecture, and full-stack technologies.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and Serverless Deployments is a plus.
• Experience with high-traffic SaaS products or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Experience designing scalable integration solutions is highly valued.
• Past experience building Shopify Apps or Shopify Extensions is an advantage.

-Communication Skills:

• Fluent (advanced C2+) English communication skills.

-Mindset:

• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in dynamic environments.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive monthly salary between 6,500 – 7,500 USD, along with important benefits, including equipment, vacations policy andlocal holidays policy,access to a bonus based on performance.
