Job Duties and Qualifications
- Under general supervision, oversees the installation of the least complex well completion products in the geographic area, typically operating as a one-person crew.
- Consults with customers regarding products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Reviews job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose.
- Performs all aspects of the job in compliance with HMS processes, applying technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations and consulting with HES operations base as needed.
- Demonstrates knowledge of pre- and post-job product and service activities, with participation varying by location.
- Maintains assigned equipment properly and ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Interacts with third parties to coordinate activities impacting the installation process.
- Trains service operators in areas of expertise.
- Conducts and documents all HSE-related activities at the well site, including assessments, safety meetings, and PPE use.
- Completes all well site and post-job paperwork and participates in post-job reviews with supervisors.
- Recognizes sales opportunities for additional HES products and communicates them to relevant personnel.
- Promotes safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Engages in quality improvement processes and develops knowledge to handle more complex or broader HES offerings.
- Develops customer service, negotiation, and leadership skills.
