The Position

We are seeking to hire a Principal Engineer with strong Kubernetes expertise to join our team. You will work with our clients in one of two capacities:

• Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team, collaborating daily with their designers and engineers.
• Design & Build: Contribute to a FullStack Labs product team to develop and deliver solutions to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience with React, Typescript, NextJS, or other SPA frameworks.
• Strong foundation in GraphQL databases.
• Proficiency in rendering React components.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with AWS or Azure infrastructures.
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-platform compatible code.
• Experience with Github, JIRA, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to screen, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Strong programming, analytical skills, and knowledge of design patterns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to libraries.
• A four-year college degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Understanding of best practices and commitment to following them.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently.
