Position Summary

This role involves tasks related to warehouse and inventory management, including preparing guides, storing equipment, spare parts, tools, and other goods, following company standards and regulations.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Ensure safety regulations are followed during delivery, reception, and inspection of equipment inside and outside the warehouse.
  2. Receive equipment, spare parts, and accessories, locate them appropriately, and verify quality characteristics against documentation. Responsible for dispatching materials.
  3. Pack, unpack, classify, and physically measure equipment and spare parts entering the warehouse.
  4. Assemble packages for dispatch to local and provincial customers.
  5. Report any discrepancies in spare parts, equipment, and tools to supervisors.
  6. Conduct inventories and audits as required.
  7. Operate and maintain the forklift.
  8. Create and issue dispatch guides.
  9. Assist in requesting quotes for supplies and work materials.
  10. Process internal orders and receive items in ERP systems.
  11. Record photographic evidence of merchandise and discrepancies.
  12. Prepare dispatch distribution reports.
  13. Meet billing objectives related to local sales.
Position Requirements
  • Education: Completed secondary school; university or technical studies in Administration and International Business preferred.
  • Experience in warehouses, transportation, and IT (MS Office); over 2 years in logistics and warehouses.
  • Occupational Health and Safety certification.
  • Valid A1 driving license and forklift handling training.
  • Skills: Knowledge of safety procedures, ERP systems, and inventory management.
  • Personal: Adherence to the company's Code of Conduct and leading by example.
