Head of Operations at Cameron Digital Consulting

Necessary Design Experience:

• Bonus points if you have website design experience

High-Value, but Not Necessary Experience:

• Video editing knowledge is a big plus!
• Knowledge of the email marketing platform Klaviyo
• Experience working with an agency

Responsibilities:

• Design email templates and visuals for email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are mobile-responsive and optimized for high engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the email marketing team to align design with campaign strategies.
• Manage tasks using Trello and communicate effectively via Slack.
• Comfortably communicate directly with clients on Slack.
• Attend weekly company calls (2 per week).
• Participate in weekly and occasional daily email marketing team calls.

Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
