Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage systems, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate communications and follow-ups.
• Support diagnostic specialists with non-technical tasks.
• DiagnosticsUSA and Endoinfousa inbox review.
• Client communication for suspected report delay.
• Review of portal/integration/affiliate translocation panels.
• Review of all Canadian test type case panels.
• Review of all USA test type panels.
• Review of special clients test type cases and ensuring case satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational background

2 year degree, ideally someone of an administrative background/customer service experience
