Logisly is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to manage day-to-day production operations, monitor systems, and drive secure, high-performing deployments. You will optimize databases, implement robust security practices, and build automated CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with engineering to improve code security and performance while monitoring for anomalies and outages. A strong focus on incident response, root-cause analysis, and automation is essential in this role.

Formación

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, infra, or security operations.
• Production operations, monitoring, and incident management experience.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Aliyun) and Linux, containers (Docker).
• Security skills: IAM, encryption, logging, and vulnerability management.
• CI/CD tools experience, especially GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day production operations, including monitoring systems, incident response, deployments, and ensuring high availability.
• Collaborate with dev team to have more secure and better performance code.
• Optimize database structures for performance, including schema design, query tuning, indexing, backups, and capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect against hackers, including access controls, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance hardening.
• Build, automate, and secure CI/CD pipelines for reliable and safe deployments.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and databases for performance issues, anomalies, and threats.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and collaborate with engineering/product teams on preventive measures.
• Automate operational and security tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and security policies; contribute to disaster recovery planning.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices to proactively strengthen our platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or security operations roles.
• Proven experience handling production operations, monitoring, and incident management.
• Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Aliyun preferred), Linux, containers (Docker), and networking.
• Practical security skills: vulnerability management, IAM, encryption, logging/auditing.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Github actions)
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and cross-team communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
