PT NEO KARYA INTERNATIONAL is seeking a seasoned data leader to drive end-to-end machine learning workflows that meet the company’s business needs and to ensure alignment between data insights and business objectives. You will guide the selection and implementation of new ML techniques, coordinate analytics systems, and evaluate product performance, aiming to advance data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data-related roles.
• Strong expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with ML frameworks and big data & visualization tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Tableau).
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for solving complex problems.
• Willing to work from our Head Office in Mampang.
