GoTo Financial is seeking a Data Analyst Intern within the Lending Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of data and daily operations, ensuring teams have the information they need to run smoothly.

You will learn how data drives operational decisions, develop reporting and dashboard skills, and contribute to Know Your Customer, QA, and CRM workflows as you grow in a real-world BI environment.

Formación

• Currently in final year of university or a recent graduate.
• Basic Excel skills including formulas, filtering and data entry.
• Strong interest in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Good communication with operational stakeholders to understand data needs.

A s a Data Analyst Intern within the GTF Lending Operations team, you will get hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer lending environment. You will sit at the intersection of data and daily operations, helping our business run smoothly by ensuring teams have the information they need. What You Will Do

Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.

Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.

Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.

Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.

Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.

What You Will Need

Educational Background: Currently in your final semester of university or a recent graduate.

Basic Technical Skills: Possess a foundational understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g., comfortable with basic formulas, filtering, and data entry).

Passion for Data: Demonstrate a strong, genuine eagerness to learn about data analytics and business intelligence.

Communication: Comfortable asking questions and communicating with operational stakeholders to understand their data needs.

About the Team

The GTF Lending Operations team is the engine that keeps our consumer lending business running safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. We are a dynamic, cross-functional group covering the entire operational lifecycle, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Quality Assurance (QA), Operation Support, CRM Operations, Anti-Fraud, and Customer Service. By joining our team, you will get a 360-degree view of how a lending business operates on the ground floor. You will partner directly with these diverse units, acting as their data liaison to ensure they have the insights necessary to protect our business and serve our customers.
