Overview

As a Customer Success Junior Executive at NielsenIQ, you will play a key role in understanding client needs, delivering strategic solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and value. You will support commercial efforts, contribute to internal projects, and help drive client success through data-driven insights and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the client’s business and needs to propose strategic solutions using NielsenIQ’s portfolio.
  • Execute customer success strategies and monitor performance indicators to identify opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new prospects beyond regular accounts and support strategic client projects.
  • Deliver compelling and value-driven presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate in internal, cross-functional projects to generate market insights and contribute to business development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial or customer-facing roles within market research, FMCG, or consulting services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Intermediate English level (spoken and written).
