Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent. You will coordinate international travel for clients and employees, book flights and accommodations, manage visas, and ensure compliance with regulations while aligning with budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel experience.
• 4+ years of travel planning experience.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and many other services according to requirements and budget needs.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze, coordinate, and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the rules and regulations regarding various travel methods and requirements, including passport and visa laws, travel regulations of governments in many destinations, and tariffs.
• Lead visa strategy executions, arrange and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials.
• Document and update processes of the area while taking ownership and proposing improvements.

Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent at BairesDev

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will be responsible for international travel arrangements both for our clients and employees, showcasing your expertise in understanding diverse cultures, time zones, and travel regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will be anything but routine, ranging from booking flights and accommodations to coordinating transportation and crafting detailed itineraries.
