DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is hiring a Construction Manager for MEP leadership on site for data center projects in Jakarta.

You will drive CSA & MEP construction, coordinate with cross-discipline teams, and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule, cost and quality goals. The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience, a degree in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering, and strong leadership and reporting skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction, preferably in data centers or large infrastructure.
• Experience managing commissioning and integrated testing for data centers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CSA & MEP construction activities on site and coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
• Guide and supervise MEP subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage commissioning strategy, plans, and schedules to achieve project readiness for RFS.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and provide regular progress reports and risk mitigation plans.

If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne’s next chapter.**Key Responsibilities** **Construction & MEP Management** • Lead and manage all CSA & MEP construction activities on site. • Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration. • Guide & Supervise MEP subcontractors and vendors / GC / PMC to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved methods. • Ensure construction activities align with project schedule, cost, and quality objectives.• Manage the commissioning strategy, plans, and schedules to achieve RFS. • Lead white space fit out activities.• Ensure all test results, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training are completed and approved. **Quality, Safety & Compliance** • Enforce compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards. • Implement QA/QC procedures for all CSA & MEP. • Ensure works comply with local authorities’ requirements, codes, and international standards (IEC, NFPA, TIA, ASHRAE). **Stakeholder & Team Coordination** • Act as key technical interface between client, consultants, contractors, and authorities. • Chair relevant construction coordination meetings. • Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. **Requirements & Qualifications** • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering. • Minimum **10–15 years** of experience in construction, preferably in **data centers, mission-critical****facilities, or large infrastructure projects**. • Proven experience managing commissioning and integrated testing for data centers. • Strong knowledge of construction sequence, fit out, integration between CSA and MEP. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Familiar with international data center standards and best practices. **Preferred Skills** • Data center commissioning certification or equivalent experience. • Experience working with Tier-rated data centers. • Strong documentation and reporting skills.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
