BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to align client staffing needs with sourcing experts across multiple tech domains. This fully remote role offers exposure to Web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data stacks while collaborating with a global Top 1% talent pool.

Ideal candidates have a solid software development background, excellent communication, and the ability to present technically with confidence in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience.
• Previous experience in the IT industry.
• A proven track record in software development with experience/knowledge in various programming languages and software development domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage technology assessment and validation processes and liaise with clients, providing technical support and guidance to meet the real needs of their profile requirements.
• Conduct the final screening and interviewing of candidates based on available information to identify the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand the engineering profile that fits their needs.
• Work with different tech stacks, interact with clients or interview across the tech stack: Web (frontend and backend), mobile, QA (manual and automation), DevOps, data (data engineering, data science, big data), etc.
• Stay current on market trends and technologies you may not have worked with previously.
• Train candidates in a variety of technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve the time-to-market of the resources that clients require, while keeping the feasibility of their requests in mind.
