Role Description

The Remote Client Experience Specialist is a part-time role focused on supporting travelers and entrepreneurs throughout their planning and booking journeys. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with itinerary changes, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The associate will guide customers through booking options, explain policies, and follow up to ensure a smooth travel experience. This role also includes documenting interactions, collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The position is fully remote, requiring reliable internet access and a quiet environment for customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests.
