Job summary

You are the first smile our guests see and the last they remember. As a hotel bellhop/maintenance worker (m/f/d), your demeanor, helpfulness, and service-oriented approach ensure guests feel welcome from the very first moment in Schlosshotel Ischgl, a 5-star superior hotel in Ischgl.

The position offers a 6-day work week with possibly a 5-day week on request, free board & lodging in our staff house in Ischgl, plus a reduced season ski pass and various staff rates for family and friends.

Qualifications

• Friendly demeanor and service-oriented approach to ensure guests feel welcome from arrival.
• Willingness to work a 6-day week with potential 5-day week upon request.
• Ability to assist guests with arrival, luggage, and general hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide maintenance support and coordinate with hotel staff.
• Support guests throughout their stay to maintain a premium experience.
