Job Description

BMM is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Macau office.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at BMM, you will manage a group of customers to achieve sales targets and develop profitable business with new and existing customers. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate like you. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals will significantly contribute to BMM’s growth.

Responsibilities

You will report to the VP – Business Development and:

  • Develop and manage online/land-based gaming customers.
  • Manage all stages of the sales process and deliver revenue against targets.
  • Develop short-term and long-term Sales Plans for customers.
  • Determine sales strategies to meet agreed goals and objectives.
  • Track and forecast customer revenue and monitor performance vs target.
  • Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to drive revenue growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at various levels across customer organizations.
  • Participate in industry conferences and visit customers to explore opportunities.
  • Manage all sales activities via BMM’s CRM system to maintain all prospects and the sales pipeline.
  • Attend internal sales meetings and provide sales reporting as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a business development role.
  • Experience in a similar position in the gaming industry.
  • Demonstrable record in creating and delivering on business development plans & strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (or other Asian languages).
  • Travel, mainly in the Asian region.
