Job summary

Intelica is seeking enterprising Business Analysts at various experience levels to collaborate with leading financial institutions worldwide and work with our operations team to optimize card-based portfolios.

You will analyze cost structures, manage client communications and monthly billing, and present findings to clients and internal teams. Fluency in English and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential for success. This role is based in Lima, Peru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field with outstanding academic record.
• 1-2 years of work experience in Finance or Consulting with a history of high performance.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Experience building Excel financial models and PowerPoint executive presentations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand the cost structure of their card portfolios and identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
• Manage client contact and support them using our platform and monthly billing.
• Maintain clients updated with the latest announcements from payment brands.
• Audit monthly billing charged by payments brands to our clients.
• Understand, classify, and allocate all the different charges made to our clients by payment brands to calculate detailed costs that help manage the card portfolio more efficiently.
• Participate in internal and external projects that required: Quantitative and qualitative data analysis; Elaboration of clear presentations.
