Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space. You will work on the full-stack development of the KYC system, learning from a world-leading blockchain ecosystem.

Current university students and recent graduates are welcome. The program includes networking and development opportunities, with a flexible work-from-home arrangement depending on team needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer-related field; final-year students welcome.
• Solid Java fundamentals and understanding of OOP.
• Familiar with Spring / Spring Boot (coursework or projects).
• Basic SQL knowledge; NoSQL is a plus.
• Frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS); React or Vue preferred.
• Good logical thinking, teamwork and a strong willingness to learn.
• Reading/writing technical English; spoken English advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and implement interface documentation for KYC modules.
• Participate in feature testing and regression for KYC releases.
• Support CS team in resolving customer issues for system improvements.

About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities

• Participate in the full-stack development and maintenance of the KYC (Know Your Customer) system, covering both backend services and frontend features
• Assist in drafting and implementing the interface documentation for KYC business modules
• Participate in feature testing and regression for KYC releases, and help troubleshoot issues reported by the QA team
• Support the CS team in resolving and classifying customer issues for system improvement

Requirements

• Computer-related major, bachelor's degree (final-year students and fresh graduates are both welcome)
• Solid Java fundamentals and good understanding of OOP; basic awareness of multithreading and networking concepts
• Some exposure to Spring / Spring Boot (coursework or personal projects are sufficient)
• Familiar with basic MySQL usage; knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus
• Basic understanding of common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka (hands-on experience is a plus, not required)
• Full-stack interest: some frontend foundation (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); familiarity with React or Vue is preferred
• Good logical thinking, teamwork and a strong willingness to learn
• Able to read and write technical documents in English; good spoken English is an advantage
