Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) internship offers hands-on experience in product analytics within the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. You will analyze user funnels, evaluate experiments, and build dashboards that track CTR, conversion, and user activity across products.

The role requires a quantitative degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and a keen interest in crypto analytics, with bilingual English/Mandarin for overseas collaboration.

• Pursuing or recently completed a quantitative degree (e.g., Statistics, CS, Economics, Data Science).
• Internship experience in product analytics or data analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in building and analyzing user conversion funnels; identify drop-off points.
• Support A/B experiment evaluation; pull data, validate cohorts, compute uplift.
• Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, UV/PV).
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests; perform segmentation and campaign analysis.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for scheduled data pipelines; monitor data quality.
• Translate data findings into clear summaries and visuals for product teams.

About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and analyzing user conversion funnels, identifying drop-off points and improvement opportunities
• Support A/B experiment evaluation: pull experiment data, validate cohort allocation (sanity checks), calculate uplift metrics, and summarize results
• Build and maintain dashboards for key product metrics (CTR, conversion rate, UV/PV)
• Respond to product team ad-hoc data requests - user segmentation, feature adoption tracking, campaign performance analysis
• Write and maintain SQL queries for scheduled data pipelines; assist in data quality monitoring
• Translate data findings into clear summaries and visualizations for product teams

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field)
• Internship experience in product analytics or related data analysis roles preferred
• A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals (hypothesis testing, p-value, confidence intervals)
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Fast learner with curiosity about product strategy and user behavior
• Competency in one or more of the following:
  • SQL (able to write complex queries with CTEs, window functions, subqueries)
  • Programming (Python/R for data manipulation)
  • A data visualization tool (e.g. DataWind, Tableau, PowerBI)

Nice to Have

• Experience with event tracking / behavioral analytics (Sensors, Mixpanel, GA)
• Familiarity with Airflow or data scheduling tools
• Interest in crypto/fintech industry
• Prior experience with large-scale data (Hive/Spark environment)
