Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. This part-time, remote role involves correcting transcripts, validating against audio, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1–C2) is required.
• Experience in AI data training or AI data preparation workflows.
• Hands-on audio transcription, annotation, or transcript correction experience.
• Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly.
• Quality assurance experience preferred.
• Able to commit to and reliably meet a part-time schedule.

You'll correct and validate transcripts, check that the agent in each conversation followed the required policy rules, and decide whether each item is ready for delivery or should be flagged for further review. This is part-time, remote work. Success looks like consistently accurate transcripts, reliable policy checks, and clear escalation of anything questionable. • Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly
• Quality assurance or quality control experience (preferred)
• Able to commit to and reliably meet an agreed part-time schedule
