APM, Ariane Prette Monaco in Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive boutique performance and profitability while leading a client-focused team. You will ensure exceptional service and uphold brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires a minimum of five years in luxury/fashion retail with at least two in management, strong CRM and sales track record, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in luxury/fashion retail with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.
• Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, team management.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; other languages would be a plus.
• Approachable personality and customer-service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability.
• Lead and develop the boutique team to deliver exceptional service.
• Support Store-in-Charge in sales, operations, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, and team management.
• Maintain CRM and client relationships to drive sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail, with min. 2 years in managerial position
