Red Group is seeking an Architect to prepare architectural drawings for permit submissions and revisions to meet building codes and local regulations. The role involves coordinating with civil, structural, and MEP engineers and preparing technical documents for permit applications.

Applicants should have a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and experience with AutoCAD/SketchUp. Knowledge of PBG/IMB/SLF regulations is preferred and the candidate should be detail oriented to meet deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
• Experience with building drawings for permits preferred.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permit processes.

Job Description

Prepare architectural drawings for PBG and SLF submission

Revise drawings according to regulations and review results

Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers

Ensure drawings comply with building codes and local regulations

Communicate with internal permit team regarding requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Architecture

Experienced in building drawings for permits is preferred

Able to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software

Understand basic building regulations (PBG / IMB / SLF preferred)

Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
