ALS is seeking a field professional to conduct environmental monitoring, sampling, and in situ measurements, following established procedures and quality standards. The role involves planning sampling activities, verifying equipment, and managing data submission to the MyLims system, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Candidates should be capable of preparing detailed field reports and budgets for services rendered, ensuring timely delivery to clients.

Responsabilités

• Perform environmental monitoring, sampling and field parameter measurements.
• Review and study OS documents in detail.
• Develop sampling plans to ensure proper sampling procedures.
• Verify and approve equipment, tools and PPE, ensuring adequate quantities.
• Manage service budget and prepare end-of-service reporting.
• Ensure data is entered into MyLims within deadlines.
• Prepare field reports with equipment and itinerary details.

At ALS, we encourage you to dream big.When you join us, you’ll be part of a global team harnessing the power of scientific testing and data-driven insights to build a healthier future.Ejecutar monitoreos ambientales, toma de muestras y medición de parámetros en campo, aplicando procedimientos y cumpliendo estándares de calidad descritos en los procedimientos de ALS; con la finalidad de brindar muestras representativas para el análisis en laboratorio y resultados confiables de los parámetros medidos in situ .Revisar y tomar conocimiento detallado de la OS (analizarla cuidadosamente).Elaborar y desarrollar el plan de muestreo, a fin de asegurar los procedimientos adecuados en la toma de muestra.Verificar, dar conformidad y/o rechazar los equipos, herramientas, materiales o EPP’s suministrados con el fin de asegurar que se tengan equipos y material en estado operativo y en número adecuado para ejecutar el servicio (llenado y firmado de check list de equipos y check list de materiales).Responsable del presupuesto asignado al servicio así como la entrega de la rendición al final del mismo.Cumplir con los procedimientos e instructivos de monitoreo a fin de brindar resultados de parámetros de campo representativos y confiables, así como también realizar una toma de muestra representativa, que cumplan el volumen y condiciones requeridas por el laboratorio; aplicando estrictamente los controles de calidad de las mediciones y las muestras.Preservar, refrigerar, almacenar, embalar y enviar la muestra con su respectiva cadena de custodia según lo especificado en el POS correspondiente.Realizar los cálculos técnicos, debiendo reportarlos en los formatos validados y en los tiempos establecidos con la finalidad de obtener los datos para la elaboración de los informes de campo.Firmar las cadenas de custodia de matrices en las que está habilitado y otros documentos requeridos por el sistema de gestión integrado.Elaborar el informe de campo del servicio realizado, en donde especifique los equipos utilizados, itinerario de trabajo, desviaciones del equipo o monitoreo con imágenes representativas y entrega de documentos de seguridad con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de monitoreo realizado.Asegurar el ingreso de data al MyLims, dentro del plazo establecido, con el fin de evitar demoras en el reporte al cliente.En caso se requiera y el analista cumpla los requisitos exigidos por Seguridad podrá conducir vehículos livianos (camioneta) según la necesidad del servicio.Actuar según las políticas de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente del cliente y las de ALS para obtener resultados confiables según los objetivos y metas definidos por el SGI.Working at ALSThe ALS team is a diverse and dedicated community united by our passion to make a difference in the world.Our values are important to us, and shape how we work, how we treat each other and how we recognise excellence.At ALS, you’ll be supported to develop new skills and reach your full potential.
